Designing and redesigning.

We're rethinking the paint colour for my room. Red is known to start arguements when it covers the walls of a bedroom. So, I believe the new colour is sage green. Green is also a passion colour, and one that inspires tranquility. Hoorah.

Paint it all red.

I'm re-doing my boudoir. It needs a makeover. Every wall in my house is the same colour, wood grain. Bleh.

I'm painting my bedroom red, the colour of passion. Perfect for the room, no? Along with black and white victorian designed bedding, black curtains and a few white and red pieces here and there I'll have a sensual, creative space. I'll be picking out my paint later this evening to find the perfect shade. Gah I sound like an interior decorator. Oh well. I'm finally getting rid of this "artists block" I've had for the past 2 years. I'm re-doing my bathroom as well. Faded denim with tannish browns and a handpainted flower border around the top of the walls. A cloud scene above my shower, more lighting and a faux window out of a frame and one of my photographs. That should help open up the small space that calls itself a bathroom. I'm pondering if I should get pretty laminate flooring or new carpeting. And if I get new carpeting, what colour? Oh the possibilities.

I think I should end this post here before I start asking myself more questions.
